Beginning Monday, Nov. 23, restaurants, taverns and all other venues that serve food and drink indoors must limit the number of people inside to 50% capacity and must close by 10 p.m.

This includes public and private or membership-only event spaces.

Under the new guidelines, groups inside those venues are limited to 10 people, and they must remain seated and masked unless eating or drinking. They also must be spaced at least 6 feet apart.

Masks must be worn in all indoor spaces with more than one person per room or barrier-divided space, as well as outdoor spaces where social distancing of at least 6 feet cannot be maintained.

Gyms, fitness and recreational centers must also be limited to 50% capacity.

All indoor gathering are limited to 10 people. According to a news release, that includes "groups of individuals, who are not members of the same household, congregated together for a common or coordinated social, community, or leisure purpose."

Those who wish to have a gathering with more than 10 people must submit a plan to the director of public health.

The order is in effect until further notice and can be found on the county's website.
