KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One person is dead and another is in critical condition after a shooting at a Kansas City, Missouri apartment complex Thursday.
Police responded to an apartment on the 4000 block of Harvard Lane shortly after 6 p.m. Officers found two black men with gunshot wounds. Both were transported to a nearby hospital.
One was pronounced dead and the other is listed in critical condition. The homicide victim was identified Sunday as Richard King, who turned 21 earlier this month.
Police did not have any suspect information as of Tuesday evening.
