KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man is dead after a shooting Monday night near 67th and the Paseo.
Police were called to the scene just before 11 p.m.
They found a man, identified as 22-year-old Ronte Wilson of Grandview, Missouri, lying in the grass suffering from a gunshot wound.
First responders took him to the hospital, where he died.
Police didn't release information about who might have opened fire or why.
