KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man is dead following a shooting Sunday on the Paseo in Kansas City, Missouri.
Police responded shortly after 5:30 p.m. to the 4900 block of Paseo. Officers located a man inside of a garage at a residence. He was declared dead at the scene.
On Monday, police identified the victim as Andrew Dickie, 35.
Witnesses told investigators that a car pulled up to the home, two people exited the vehicle and spoke with the victim before the shooting occurred.
This is the 131st homicide of 2020, compared to 101 on the same date in 2019.
