KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 2-year-old drowned in Oak Grove on Thursday morning, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies responded to the 38600 block of E. Parrent Road on reports of the drowning.
They were called to scene at 11:50 a.m., but no other details were immediately available.
