Juvenile dies after being found shot on Corrington Avenue, police say

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A juvenile male died after a shooting Tuesday morning in Kansas City, Missouri, police said. 

A person called police to report hearing a disturbance and finding a male shot in front of a residence in the 11300 block of Corrington Avenue, a KCPD spokesman said. Officers responded to the shooting around 11:15 a.m. 

The juvenile male was transported to an area hospital, where he later died. 

Police have not identified a suspect in the shooting. Detectives are working to determine where the shooting occurred.
