Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office announced a Kansas City man has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for his role in a December 2014 robbery outside a 12th Street club.
Mario Glenn, 46, will serve 18 years after being convicted of first-degree robbery. Glenn was also convicted of armed criminal action and will was sentenced to three years for that charge.
The judge set those sentences to run concurrently.
A Jackson County jury convicted Glenn of the charges in June.
At his sentencing on Friday, September 25, 2015, a KC No Violence Alliance officer testified about Glenn’s involvement in drugs and violent activities.
