A man is dead after a shooting in Kansas City early Monday morning.
Just before 2 a.m., officers were called to the 3800 block of E. 71st Street on a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
The victim was identified as Turreze Harris, 37.
Police said an argument may have led up to the shooting.
