UPDATE: KCK police capture second supsect in September murder

UPDATE 11/23: Kansas City, Kan. Police say Kavon Jones was taken into custody Nov. 23. Jones was wanted on a first-degree murder warrant.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Kansas City, Kansas, police are still looking for one man who is a suspect in the death of Clarence Buford.

The Wyandotte County District Attorney's Office issued first-degree murder warrants for Kavon Jones and D'Adrian Jones on Tuesday, Oct. 11. 

On Oct. 20, KCK police said D'Adrian Jones turned himself into the department. Police are still asking for help to find Kavon Jones. 

Police also announced Marco McIwee was charged with first-degree murder in Buford's death. 

Buford was shot to death on September 26. His body was found in a parking lot at 4301 State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas.  

Police are asking anyone who knows where to find Kavon Jones to contact police. 

The suspect could be armed and dangerous so police are asking the public to not approach him; call 9-1-1 or the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
