OLATHE, Kan. – A 22-year-old Kansas City, Missouri woman is facing felony charges of mistreating an elderly person.
According to court documents filed Tuesday morning in Johnson County District Court, prosecutors allege Victoria Grace Bejarano stole at least $5,000 worth of property or money from a victim born in 1920.
Bejarano is scheduled to appear before a judge Tuesday afternoon.
She remains in the Johnson County, Kansas jail on a $150,000 bond.
