Lenexa police ask for help finding man wanted for series of crimes

LENEXA, Kan. – The Lenexa Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a man wanted in connection with a series of crimes, including car-jacking, fleeing police, and a hit and run.

Police said Raymond Anthony Cornejo, Jr. is wanted for the crimes that took place in Lenexa last Wednesday, Jan. 10.

Cornejo is 37 years old, about 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest in Johnson County with bond set at $100,000.

Police said Cornejo should be considered armed and dangerous.
