KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man went to a nearby fire station seeking help after being shot Friday afternoon in Kansas City, Missouri.
The man suffered life-threatening gunshot wounds after being shot near East 27th Street and Jackson Avenue at about 3:40 p.m.
He then went to a fire station near Lindwood Boulevard and Indiana Avenue for help.
