The Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office said 30-year-old Daniel Gorski recorded women changing in the nude at a chiropractic office where he worked as a massage therapist.

Court documents say Gorski’s girlfriend turned a flash drive containing the videos in to the Gardner Police Department in late October. Gorski was arrested inside Matheny Chiropractic where police said they found drugs on him.

Police said they were able to identify at least one woman in the video as a 21-year-old college student. She told police she was “completely unaware” she was being recorded as she undressed.

41 Action News went inside Matheny Chiropractic to talk to Dr. David Matheny. Although his secretary told us he did not wish to speak on camera, she did state people working at the office are heartbroken. A statement from his lawyers states they are heartbroken, and that they are looking into the matter and cooperating with police.

Gorski is charged with breach of privacy, and possession of marijuana and methamphetamine. He remains inside the Johnson County Jail on a $100,000 bond. He is expected in court on December 7.
