OLATHE, Kan. — The Olathe Police Department said what was first a death investigation is now classified as a homicide.
On Tuesday, Jan. 30, officers responded to a 911 call in the 1200 block of East Westerfield Place.
When officers arrived, they found a woman dead inside a residence.
She has been identified as 23-year-old Ashley K. Harlan. She had recently moved to Olathe from Manhattan, Kansas.
Olathe officers have not released any other details.
