One man was killed and a woman was injured following a shooting between two cars in Kansas City, Missouri.
According to police, two vehicles were shooting at each other near the intersection of Independence Avenue and Van Brunt Boulevard around 10:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle with a deceased driver who had been shot. The victim was described as a Hispanic male in his 20s.
The female passenger in the vehicle, described as a Hispanic woman in her 20s, was transported to a local hospital with gunshot wounds. Officials say she is in stable condition.
There is no suspect information at this time.
