Police are investigating after a man's body was found inside a car Wednesday morning.
Before 8 a.m., officers were called to the 3500 block of East 51st Street on an illegally parked car.
When officers arrived they noticed a foul odor coming from the car.
It was towed to the vehicle processing facility where a dead body was found inside. The victim was later identified as Leonzo Harvey, 38.
Police are investigating the man’s death as a homicide.
