A Shawnee, Kan., man has been charged with three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Stephen Talbott, 33, was charged February 9 by the Johnson County Prosecutor's Office.
Court documents state that the incidents happened between June 1, 2013 and May 31, 2014. Talbott was arrested Thursday in Johnson County.
Talbott's arraignment is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Johnson County Courthouse in Olathe, Kan.
He is being held on a $250,000 bond.
