They are the Explorers of Wolf Springs Elementary!
Today is day one for this brand-new school in the Blue Valley District at Grant and 178th, and they are ready to go.
For Principal Gretchen Anderson, this is a dream come true.
Among the many things that are special for the 300-Plus students arriving today is the fact that Wolf Springs will offer Chinese immersion classes, exposing young minds to the larger world.
They are also excited about Studio 23.
The Blue Valley Educational Foundation asked the new school what they could help set up and the principal asked the students what they wanted.
The young scholars asked for Studio 23, which is an interactive classroom with building materials, robotic technology, music and textile opportunities and much more.
You know that old adage, “Youth springs eternal?”
Around here it’s Wolf Springs Eternal!
