KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Officials in the Kansas City, Mo. School District are reviewing plans that could lead to the reopening of the former Southwest High School.
Superintendent Dr. Mark Bedell met with community leaders Friday to discuss the district’s plans to reopen the school.
The district has been partnering with a group of parents that created the group Uniting at Southwest. The group hopes to re-open the school, located near 65th Street and Wornall Road.
