WYCO early voting begins Tuesday

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Wyandotte County voters can begin heading to the polls next week for early voting.

The county election board will offer early in-person voting at two locations starting Tuesday, October 20:

Election Office: 850 State Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66101
October 20 through October 23 | 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, October 24 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
October 26 through October 30 | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, October 31 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Monday, November 2 | 8 a.m. - 12 Noon

Eisenhower Rec Center: 2901 N 72nd St, Kansas City, KS 66109:
October 20 through October 24 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
October 26 through October 30 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday, October 31 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

A third location will be added on October 24:

Joe Amayo/Argentine Community Center: 2810 Metropolitan Ave, Kansas City, KS 66106:
Saturday, October 24 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
October 26 through October 30 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday, October 31 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Voters are reminded to check-in first with photo ID. Documents accepted include driver's license, a government-issued ID or a passport.

WYCO also offers mail-in voting. Those ballots must arrive to the election office or be postmarked by 7 p.m. on election day.
