The name is actually a combination of the founders’ names but there is another meaning, found online, that translates to self-confidence and excellence.
That fits the bill, too.
Renee Smith, a trainer and the manager of the Overland Park Kosama, says that every age and fitness level will find something that works.
You can keep track of your heart rate on the overhead monitors and try to stay in the green to yellow zone.
On this particular Motivation Monday, Renee put a TV guy through an atomic push-up! (Not to be confused with an atomic wedgie of old school days)
They like to build a community and have some fun here, too.
For example, tomorrow on Election Day they are urging you to come in and punch a bag, because you can’t punch a candidate.
