KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One person was killed in a fire in Grandview just before 6 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The blaze happened at a home near 135th Street and Donnelly Avenue.
Fire crews confirmed that one person was killed and they were still fighting the fire as of 6:30 a.m.
Officials on scene said it was a man in his 70s that was killed.
