UPDATE, Sunday, 3:52 p.m. | A Kansas Highway Patrol crash log indicates the incident involved three vehicles around 9:40 p.m. Saturday.
A Chevrolet Silverado was disabled on southbound Interstate 35 in the number one lane by mile marker 229, just south of Johnson Drive.
Soon after a Volkswagen Jetta struck the Silverado, and then a Nissan Altima hit the Jetta.
Occupants of the Altima and Jetta did not sustain any injuries. The Silverado driver was transported to an area hospital with suspected minor injuries.
UPDATE, 11:20 p.m. | All lanes have reopened and traffic flow has resumed.
EARLIER | A two-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 35 just past Johnson Drive has closed multiple lanes, according to Kansas City Scout.
The incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. Saturday
KC Scout reports four left lanes are closed as crews work the scene.
No word on what led to the crash.
