KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Isabell Addison's father pleaded with the public and the suspect's family to tell police where to find the man accused of killing his daughter.

On September 29th, Jackson County Prosecutors filed second-degree murder charges against 19-year-old Anton Hunter but, so far, he's been able to avoid arrest.

Hunter is accused of killing Addison in a shooting on April 30th at Swope Parkway and Benton Boulevard.

Isabelle Addison's father is pleading for the public to help police find his daughter's alleged killer.

Police said Hunter's girlfriend said she was driving the night of Addison's death and Hunter was in the passenger's seat. She claims they pulled up to a traffic light and Hunter started shooting at the car next to them. Addison was shot and died at the scene.

KCPD said it doesn't appear Hunter and Addison knew each other.

Hunter fled the scene and is still on the run but police believe Hunter's family knows where he's hiding.

Michael Addison, Isabell Addison's father, made a tearful appeal Monday asking Hunter's family and the public to tell police where he is hiding.

"She (Isabell) was a family person; that's what I loved about her. I miss her so much, so much. Things are just so different without her; but she had a tattoo that says, 'Life Goes On,' and we're trying to go on; but we need the public's help," said Michael Addison.

If you know where Hunter is hiding you can call the Kansas City Police Department,  or the TIPS Hotline, 816-474-TIPS.
