After Edgemoor agreement rejected, KC residents say they just want a new airport

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City Council voted down the memorandum of understanding with Edgemoor on Thursday.

Now the council can renegotiate with Edgemoor, move on to the next bidder, or start the process from the beginning.

We wanted to know what people in Kansas City think about this.

Most had a similar reaction — they don't care who designs the new KCI, they just want it done for a good price.
