MISSION, Kan. — Johnson County sheriff's deputies seized items from a store in Mission, Kansas just before noon Thursday, walking out with boxes full of merchandise.
Police arrested So Wun Pak at her store Sue’s Accessories, which is located near Johnson Drive and Nall.
Prosecutors charged Pak with possessing and selling designer counterfeit merchandise. She is innocent until proven guilty.
All day members of the District Attorney’s Office and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department boxed up items at the store.

Some neighboring businesses were shocked by the situation.
“I’m really surprised… for as long as she’s been here… it really is surprising,” said Sandi Russell, who owns Twisted Sisters Coffee Shop a few doors down from Pak’s store.
Russel said Sue’s Accessories has been on the block for three or four years. She had visited the store but didn’t notice anything odd about the products.
“I’ve been in her store once and I bought some sunglasses. I really didn’t even think twice about it,” said Russell.
The District Attorney’s Office said the items they’re looking at include purses, wallets, and jewelry.
After seeing the boxes and what was being packed up, other business owners on the block said they had a hunch but declined to go on camera. They told 41 News they didn’t want to speak negatively about Pak.
The District Attorney’s Office said investigators will likely remain on the scene for a few days collecting items.
If convicted, So Wun Pak could face hefty fines or jail time.
