KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Is it going to be "worth the wait?"
Boulevard Brewing Company on Friday says it plans to release a special beer honoring the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory soon.
The Kansas City-based brewery teased the new beer on social media with a photo that says the beer will be an imperial red ale.
The social media post also says the beer will be “Worth the Wait.”

Boulevard has not released any additional details about when the beer will be released or where it will be available for sale.
The company similarly celebrated the Royals’ 2015 World Series win with the limited-release Crown Town Ale.
