KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A burst pipe caused a ceiling to collapse at Hope Faith Ministries.
Although no one was injured, the collapse destroyed food, the computer system and donated clothing for the homeless.
The building, located near 9th Street and Admiral, is shut down while crews clean up the mess.
Although officials hope to re-open Monday, they’ll have to repair the ceiling and turn the water back on.
A donation drive has been set up at hopefaithministries.org to help cover the costs of the repairs.
