KANSAS CITY, Mo. — When it comes to Lot J at Arrowhead Stadium, fans said it's unlike any other tailgate.
"Just the atmosphere they create," Chiefs fan Dusty Nealis said.
They have a DJ and tables filled with food.
But what truly sets this tailgate apart is that anyone is invited, including visiting fans.
"Over the last four or five years, we have organically grown from people all across the country finding our tailgate through our Facebook page," co-founder of Chiefs Lot J Tailgating Crew Josh Wahba said.
Houston fans said this group, which most discovered on Facebook, said this is part of what makes the Arrowhead experience special.
"They treat us like gold." a Houston fan who goes by "O" said. "We are feeling the love from all the Chiefs fans here, which is great. We are happy to be here."
The tailgate organizers' goal is to make sure everyone feels the Chiefs love.
"It's really just about inviting opposing fans showing them an authentic Arrowhead tailgating experience," Wahba said.
