KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Some beautiful smiles filled Arrowhead Stadium as the Kansas City Chiefs and TeamSmile joined forces to provide free dental care.
The event was held on Tuesday as part of the 12th annual Kansas City Oral Health Care Day. About 300 area kids participated in the event.
TeamSmile provides complementary dental care and education to local youth in need. Hundreds of children get to be a part of the event every year.
Several Chiefs players were there Tuesday, including Dustin Colquitt, James Winchester and Harrison Butker. KC Wolf and some Chiefs cheerleaders were also there to encourage the children as they received dental care.
This kid was so excited to meet @kcwolf! Makes dental work a little easier to deal with. 😃😁 @teamsmile @Chiefs pic.twitter.com/mOT35eFwGx
