KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police said a child was shot in their home near Northeast 54th Street and North Bales Avenue Tuesday morning.
The child was inside with his family when he was shot in the arm, according to police. The injury is not life-threatening.
Police believe the shot came from outside of the home.
Detectives are working to find out what happened. There is no suspect information at this time.
