KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-Missouri) called President Trump's first-ever State of the Union address a "missed opportunity."
Cleaver exclusively spoke with 41 Action News Anchor Christa Dubill following President Trump's State of the Union address.
Cleaver said he felt Trump's opening remarks about unity and working together was a strong start but says he drifted into beats familiar from his campaign.
