KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A clothing drive benefiting a Kansas City, Missouri, domestic violence shelter on Saturday helped Erin Langhofer’s memory alive.
Langhofer worked at Rose Brooks as a case manager before she was fatally shot last August during First Fridays in the Crossroads District.
Friends and family hope donations to the Comfy Clothes Drive will help those in need while honoring Langhofer’s life.
Rose Brooks is a domestic violence shelter that was founded in 1978.
