KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The coronavirus pandemic has further delayed completion of Nordstrom on the Country Club Plaza.
The store now is expected to open in fall 2023, according to a Nordstrom spokesperson.
Nordstrom updated its projected timeline earlier this year to reflect that the Kansas City, Missouri, opening date would be pushed back to fall 2022.
Construction of the Country Club Plaza location was announced in 2018 at the same time plans were revealed to close the site at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park.
