KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A search warrant executed at a West Bottoms restaurant earlier this month resulted in the seizure of computer and other technology equipment.
Photographs, a Macbook computer and a Toshiba laptop were taken from Rockstar Burgers, along with two USB drives and an external hard drive.
A cell phone and smart computer tower also were seized, according to documents obtained by 41 Action News.
The search was part of an investigation into an alleged sexual assault, which was first reported in April, that allegedly occurred at that address.
Rockstar Burgers owner Brian Smith was charged with multiple felonies in Platte County at the beginning of December.
