KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A national pretzel company will soon begin operating out of a Kansas manufacturing facility and bring 22 new jobs to the area.
Dot’s Pretzels purchased a 186,107-square-foot site at the Logistics Park Kansas City in Edgerton in order to increase its production capacity “to meet the ever-increasing national demand” for its products, according to a news release.
That facility will be the largest plant for the company, which is investing $15 million into the project.
“We are making significant investments in our technology at the new facility to keep the company on an aggressive growth trajectory," Randy Johnson, Dot's Pretzels CEO, said in the release.
