KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A drive-by shooting shut down the southbound lanes of Interstate 635 at Swartz Road on Friday afternoon, according to Kansas City, Kansas, police.
At 5:45 p.m., the southbound portion of the interstate remained closed as police searched for evidence.
Police said one person was shot in the arm. The person’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
