KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A sink hole swallowed a vehicle in south Kansas City, Missouri, on Thursday afternoon.

Emergency crews responded to the scene near E. 92nd and Oak Streets at around 2 p.m.

The vehicle was upside down in the hole, but it wasn't immediately clear if anyone was injured.

A tow truck was attempting to drag the vehicle out of the hole.
