KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Fall Parade of Homes in the Kansas City metro kicked off Saturday, offering a chance for people to see what homes are available in the area.
Jeff Julian, vice president of Don Julian Builders said social distancing practices that have been put in place due to the coronavirus pandemic have made the process easier for homebuyers.
"There's not huge crowds in the homes, so I think it is fun for people to come out and look at houses and they can kind of keep their distance and really see what's available for purchase these days," Julian said.
More than 200 homes from 85 builders are featured in the Parade of Homes, which spans seven counties.
The event runs through Oct. 25.
