UPDATE, Jan. 28 | Coleman was found and returned home.

ORIGINAL STORY, Jan. 23 | Family and friends spent Saturday searching for a missing Blue Springs man.

Ronnie Coleman, 57, was last seen nearly 2 weeks ago.

"He didn't have no money," said Tashia Shafford, who helped search for Coleman. "He didn't have a car. He don't have his coat. He don't have his medicine. And he needs his medicine.''

Relatives told 41 Action News Coleman, 57, has the mental capacity of a juvenile.

"He won't hurt a fly," Shafford said. "He'll get into a car with anybody. He don't know his way around anywhere. He just up and walked out the hotel room."

Shafford says she spent 12 days searching for Coleman and passing out flyers with information about him.

"Hard to eat, sleep," Shafford said. "We don't know where he's at. We want him home."

Anyone with information about Ronnie Coleman should call Blue Springs police at 816-228-0150.
