KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A family returned home to their Kansas City, Missouri, apartment shortly after midnight to find a man dead inside.
Police were called to the 1600 block of Citadel Drive on a medical call about 12:45 a.m. Saturday.
On arrival, officers found a man in his 20's dead inside, and they said the scene did not appear to be natural.
Police later identified the man as 23-year-old John T. Wilson III. The cause of death is unknown at this time.
Detectives processed the scene and are looking for any possible witnesses in the large apartment complex.
