David Brown, 23, is a Paralympic gold medalist and a Kansas City native. Last month, he won the gold in the Paralympics men's 100m race.
He's now the world's fastest blind runner on the planet. Brown spent Monday inspiring students at Kansas City's Children's Center for the Visually Impaired.
