UPDATE, April 21 | The deceased victim was identified as 20-year-old Marquis Hooker.
UPDATE, 3:55 p.m. | Kansas City, Missouri, police said that the victim who was in life-threatening condition has been upgraded to stable.
ORIGINAL STORY, April 19 | The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department is investigating a triple shooting.
Police said they were dispatched to East 67th Street and The Paseo on a shooting call around 12:45 a.m. Monday.
While officers were on the way, they were notified that a vehicle with multiple shooting victims arrived at an area hospital.
Officers responded there as well.
At the hospital, officers found three victims.
One of those victims died, one has life-threatening injuries and a third person has non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers also located evidence of a crime scene at East 67th Street and The Paseo.
