KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Firefighters were called to a house fire in Blue Springs around 12:30 a.m. Thursday.
The fire was at a duplex near Southwest Skyline Drive and Southwest 15th Street.
According to the fire department, one side of the duplex was burning when crews arrived.
The cause of the fire has not been determined. Several people managed to escape safely, and no injuries were reported, according to the fire department.
