KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Fumes forced a partial evacuation of three clinics run by the University of Kansas Health System Friday afternoon.
A spokesperson with the University of Kansas Health System said the fumes were caused by an adhesive used in roofing repair.
The roofers were on the fifth floor of the Delp Building, which is a part of the KU Health System campus. The Wescoe, Eaton and Robinson buildings were also evacuated.
A ventilation system is being used to remove the odor.
No illnesses caused by the fumes have been reported.
