KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police said the missing elderly man it asked for the public’s help to locate Saturday had been located and was safe.
Roosevelt Riley, who has a heart condition, had last been seen Wednesday in the area of 63rd St. and Woodland Ave.
