KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A woman was found dead Sunday night in what Kansas City, Missouri, police said is the city's latest homicide.
Police responded just before 11 p.m. and found the victim at a house near East 75th Street and Wabash Avenue.
On Monday, police identified the victim as 61-year-old Phyllis Banks.
Homicide detectives were speaking with a person of interest in connection with Banks' death.
