Several hundred people crammed into the IBEW Local 124 in Kansas City, Missouri Saturday afternoon to remember Jessica Runions.
Her "celebration of life" was organized by her 14-year-old sister, Megan.
"She was the most amazing person that I met in my entire life and she'll continue to form me into the person I am today,” she said.

"After everything is said and done is when she'll get peace. Once she gets justice, both her and Kara, that's when they're going to get peace,” she said.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made to the Jessica Runions Memorial Fund, a campaign created by close friends of Jessica. This effort will create a trust fund for Jessica’s siblings, allowing them to receive ongoing counseling and providing them with the gift of education in Jessica’s name.
