ORIGINAL STORY | The Independence Police Department issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for a 73-year-old man Tuesday morning.
Jimmy Lee Brown was last seen near 1600 South Kings Highway around 3 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said he left home on foot and has not returned.
Brown has dementia.
He is described at six feet tall and 180 pounds with shaggy silver hair, blue eyes, and wearing a plaid flannel shirt, blue coat and jeans.
