Original, Tuesday, Oct. 29 | Independence police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 73-year-old.
James E. Paxton, who is homeless, was last seen Oct. 11 in the 3700 block of South Main Street in Independence.
He was on foot, because his vehicle broke down and his family is concerned for his welfare.
Paxton is approximately 5 feet 6 inches and 200 pounds.
